Training and Support

Induction and Training

Premier Cars provide a 5 day training programme for franchisees to be able to operate the business:

• Day 1 - The Business
• Day 2 - Business Operation Skills
• Day 3 - Customer Service Skills
• Day 4 - New Business Development Skills
• Day 5 - Accounting , Legal , IT & Back office Systems

Mentoring

We provide assistance to franchisees with on the ground mentoring and practical support to help you through the critical first months of running your own business. This forms the second phase of your training through "On the Job" experience.

Ongoing Coaching

In addition to the practical skills learned through the coaching training, you will have 2 hours of telephone coaching a month. This is there to assist you in setting your own goals and helping you achieve them.
